Shipping Options

U.S. Domestic Orders

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-7 business days to process your order.
  • Shipping: We offer UPS Ground standard shipping.
  • Special Delivery Options: Delivery options for PO Box addresses and U.S. military base locations are available.

International Orders

  • Currently, we do not accept international orders on our website. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-7 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3pm CST are considered next business day orders. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 3pm CST will continue processing the following business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.
  • No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders delivered to the incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Sate Haircare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the provided address.
  • Customers should contact the carrier with their tracking number to investigate lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Missing Products

  • Inspect your package upon arrival. If any items are damaged, submit a ticket with photos of the damage for assistance.
  • Unauthorized sellers on Amazon® and eBay® may sell counterfeit products. Sate Haircare will not honor exchanges or refunds for these products.
  • Sate Haircare reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.
  • All claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 10 days with photo evidence.

Items Not in Stock

  • Due to high demand, some products may be back-ordered.
  • We will notify you promptly if this occurs and will send available items, providing store credit for unavailable items.
